In 1954, Attorney Robert E. Mellon established a firm that served the Waterbury area with utmost professional, dedicated and personal service; and in 1994 a newly formed limited liability company was established with principals, Attorney Robert E. Mellon, William F. Hickey III and Mark D. Capuano, to create Mellon, Hickey & Capuano, LLC.
On June 2, 2002, Attorney Robert E. Mellon passed away leaving a tremendous loss to our community.
Attorneys William F. Hickey and Mark D. Capuano, together with their 52 years of legal experience between them, will continue to provide and service their clients with the utmost professional, personal and competent legal service.
